From April 3rd to May 29th, Casa Monti invites you to discover Paesaggi TV, an exhibition of iconic works by Mario Schifano—one of Italy’s most groundbreaking contemporary artists. In a world saturated with images, Schifano was among the first to turn to television as both muse and medium. His studio screens, always aglow, became portals to a new visual language, capturing everything from war footage to pop culture with vibrant immediacy.
Now displayed within the refined, art-filled walls of Casa Monti, these works offer a fascinating meditation on image overload, media, and memory—at once retro and startlingly relevant. This exhibition is part of Casa Monti’s ongoing mission to weave contemporary art into the very fabric of your stay.
Presented in the heart of our restaurant, Paesaggi TV invites you to savour Italian cuisine surrounded by Schifano’s visionary works—creating a living dialogue between art, design, and conviviality.
Step inside, and let the screen become the canvas.
